VALUE PROPOSITION
Vehicle diagnostics and Fault finding is often perceived as being a plug in plug out process. However, nothing could be further from the truth. It can take professional automotive technicians between a day to several days to properly diagnose a vehicle fault and recommend appropriate repairs. It is with this in mind that we offer all our clients a 1 month grace period on diagnostics payable once only.
What this means is that a client will only be charged once for diagnostics regardless of how many times the vehicle will be rediagnosed in any given month as opposed to being charged multiple times in cases where diagnostics extend for several days or weeks which happens every now and then believe it or not.
Here is where it gets interesting because should another fault occur within the grace period of 1 month which requires diagnostics but that is not related to the initial fault, no additional charge will be required from the client to diagnose this new fault.
We at Auto-Prog Diagnostics understand how busy our clients can get in todays hassle and bustle of daily life. With this in mind, we can visit clients at a place of their convenience and perform computerised diagnostics on their vehicles.
